Great service; the GM was pleasing to work with. She kept excellent contact with me, and gave me consistent phone calls. I never was not aware with what waa going on my account.

Time needed to process the transaction was longer due to lockout mistake by the attendant

You had a company powerwash the outside of the unit and water got inside damaging some of my furniture. Then you had a company paint the door and they painted over my personal lock. Both of which was never notified that those services were going to be happening.

Everything there was great and clean for everyone

Few issues except when the door broke. Rented there for 35 years.

Staff is great! Access is good! Unit had a very tricky door, price 8ncrease, expected, but too much for the space.
