My items were in storage for a year. During that time, the roof leaked in my unit. I was moved to another unit (I had to pay the office staff to move me), and I just recently moved out of storage. I discovered that a mattress is covered in mold, and I have not yet unpacked other items to assess damage. I paid a lot of money to keep my items safe, and now at least some of them are ruined.

The staff at the Cudahy facility was very courteous and kind in a genuine way. Will use again if the need arises.

The location was clean and accessible as needed. They only problem I had was that the price increased more than once since we initially rented.
