Very easy to setup storage. The app made everything really convenient and the customer service was great!

The worst store manager I have ever encountered, never have helpful. I went there on Saturday to let the office know I was moving out and to get my code for the gate. Yes, I was park next to the keypad, but I couldn’t get my code to work. I went inside real quick just to get the code, the lady that was helping me was super helpful.the store manager came in and without saying a good afternoon or I’m sorry you can’t park there she spoke to me like I was a child she said next time move your car out of the way. every time I called the office to do ask about my account or needed help with my account, nobody was able to help me I wanted to prorate since I was no going to stay for another month, they told me no that you guys don’t do prorate. she needs to learn some customer service skills.

Prices!!! The unit size, cleanliness and customer service are great. The price to keep the unit is outrageous and out of controlThe contract started at a reasonable price but slowly but surely ended at the same cost of a car payment.Really???

Everything was easy process. Miguel was very nice and helped me.

The facility is well managed. I did not have any complaints during my stay but the rent rate increases outpaced my budget.
