The staff was very helpful and considerate. On property manager. Was just as.sweet as she could be.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and the customer service representative was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right space for my needs. I was initially offered a 40% discount on a “second-floor” unit plus the first month free, which sounded great. However, when I went to the office to finalize the registration, I was disappointed to learn that the “second-floor” unit was not actually on a second floor, but rather positioned above another unit and only accessible by a step ladder. Because of this, I had no choice but to rent a different, more expensive unit that did not include the free first month offer. Aside from that experience, additional storage space is always useful.

The unit was clean with easy access but by far, because the person that helped me (think it was Josh) was incredibly helpful and kind.
