Storage units are too warm. Can’t do work in there for any period of time without getting dehydrated. Hate to think of what’s happening to the items stored in the unit.

The Air Conditioner was set to hot, all the time. Not once did I get to my unit and moved things in and out without leaving fully sweat. The security fence was opened most of the time. I was cautious sending my wife alone up stairs to my unit. I was happy with the cleaning of all walkways and elevators.

I was assisted by Betty. She was amazing. We had issues with the unit first selected and she went above and beyond to correct the problem. Making my wife feel heard about her concerns. Betty showed empathy and compassion listening to our concerns and went out of the way to correct it. We are extremely grateful. Very satisfied.

Front security gate and entry door always open, which allows anyone to go inside and steal customers belongs.
