Bathroom was beyond disgusting! Everything was covered in feces. I would've been nice to be able to use the bathroom if needed. Can provide pictures and videos.

While your local staff were courteous and understanding, your cooperate policies and procedures left much to be desired and your increase of storage prices every 6th months was criminal.

It was a good experience all around. The ladies in the office were very friendly when I rented in the beginning, no problems accessing my unit.
