While your local staff were courteous and understanding, your cooperate policies and procedures left much to be desired and your increase of storage prices every 6th months was criminal.

It was a good experience all around. The ladies in the office were very friendly when I rented in the beginning, no problems accessing my unit.

i instructed to close the storage unit account, yet they left account open and made me pay 2 extra months plus a lien fee of 110 plus 34 of late fee. they refused to work with me and give me a break on the misscommunication. they ended up charging me till the last penny. Rent a storage unit somewhere else where they consider customers more.
