The staff were. Very nice and accommodating. The storage unit was good.

I have rented storage space at CubeSmart since 2014. I found the price fair for the size of my unit then – it was about $180 a month. Over the years it rose to $423. Further, over the last three years, I rented three smaller units at very fair prices. However, unbeknownst to me., I was not given any credit for the small units which were paid anywhere from eight days to 23 days in advance. The last straw. was that I was charged two days for the largest unit, and then assessed late fees, even though I had three days left on the grace period.Betty has always been amazing to me, and if she had been on duty that day, I’m sure that she would’ve worked with me.

The storage facility was always clean and easy to access but also very secure. There are locked gates and checkpoints. They also make it convenient by having hand carts available for moving stuff in and out.
