Exceptional Service from the cube smart team from start to finish. It made our moving experience less stressful and easy using their equipment especially during the hot summer days. I wouldn't want to have my important belongings stored anywhere else and cannot recommend this location enough.

Eric made the process SO easy. He explained everything so well and showed us the example unit, so we signed up right away! Very impressed. Very clean and efficient facility.

The gentleman working at this location is outstanding.The facility may be “climate controlled” in theory however the 55 to 80 F range is mot acceptable for Dallas temperatures - to have 80 degree on the thermostat means delicate items in storage - leather, shoes, linen, cotton - are subject to heat damage I a short period of time - the office area is 72 F or below - if 80 is acceptable I. The climate controlled area why not also in the office area? It 72 is the max acceptable in the office area why not also in the climate controlled storage area to ensure delicate items are protected? Charge more, negotiate a better electric rate with provider, however the range should not be higher than 72 controlled degrees - not thermostat temperature - and winter should be at least 60 to protect items too

John is a great representative for the company. Very polite. Explains things. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he is quick to make a telephone call and confirm what decision needs to be made. He’s definitely an asset to the organization.

I would score a 10 however CUBESMART consistently raises their rates to where it is not economically feasible to rent from them. I keep Seasonal decorations and keepsakes in my unit - no food or anything that attracts animals or unwanted smells. CUBESMART has consistently raised the rate to a ridiculous amount, so I am moving to another company nearby. Unfortunate.

All the people were super friendly, they were quick with answers and patient to explain the process. The unit is clean and actually slightly larger than advertised.
