I was able to reserve the unit on Saturday after realizing how much my daughter had accumulated from her Freshman year of college until graduation. There was no way it would fit in my garage!! After renting the unit , we were able to access it and unload the U-haul trailer early on Sunday morning.

I gave this score because my experience left me with very little confidence that my belongings were being adequately protected. I stored my property here while living three hours away and expected the facility to provide a reasonably secure environment. Instead, I discovered that a significant portion of my belongings had been damaged by rodents.When I reported the issue, my initial concern was met by being asked whether I had stored food in my unit, which I had not. I was then told there was little the facility could do because rodents were entering through the ceiling, aside from placing bait outside. Rather than discussing how the issue would be addressed or what assistance could be provided, I was left with the impression that the problem was simply being accepted.I was also told someone would inspect my unit and follow up with me, but I never received that call. Because I lived three hours away, I relied on the staff to communicate and follow through, which unfortunately did not happen. Reaching the office was often difficult, and there were occasions when no one was available during business hours.As a result, I had to dispose of many of my personal belongings. That loss, combined with the lack of meaningful communication or resolution, was extremely disappointing. I also question the value of paying for insurance if situations involving significant property damage are not covered. Finally, the repeated rent increases made the experience even more frustrating, especially when they were paired with what I felt was a declining level of service and facility maintenance.Overall, I transferred my belongings to another storage facility because I no longer had confidence that my property would be adequately protected at this location.

Because my whole unit got infested with rats that chewed up a bunch of my boxes and bags and seasonings and crapped on all my stuff which lead to my boxes then getting infested with silverfish and it is very very very very very highly unlikely that I will ever put any of my stuff in your units again the front office people are very rude

I’ve been very happy since I have had my things in the storage unit. The staff is wonderful and I have enjoyed getting to know them and they’ve helped me many times.

Brittany, at the 0746 CubeSmart location at 4097 Rosemeade Pkwy in Dallas, TX solved all of our problems. She went over and beyond to help us relocate to a more accessible unit. We really appreciate her help and thoughtfulness. I was a little unsure coming from another storage facility that we had been using for the past three years but we needed a better location in the Dallas metroplex. I sure am happy that I picked this location over all the rest!
