Both ladies gave good customer service.

This property could be a little cleaner. I found one of my boxes had a hole eating through. Found a dead rat in the box.

The management team here always look out for patrons even when the patron is rude and nasty. They should be used as a training team, no one is perfect every day, this team strives for perfection

Unit had rats and all my nice things had poop and urine on all my belongings very expensive shoes and purses that I left in storage what really upset me was the office said I could come pick up bait for the rats and put it through out the storage that’s not my responsibility I’m paying for services and I have to put out treatment for the rats no way and no thanks
