There aren't any carts to put your belongings on especially considering if your unit is on the 3rd floor ...I really dislike how the units are positioned

Great staff only down fall it was sometimes hot for it to be climate controlled and it was dirty

Price hikes, the storage door for cars was always broken and the place was not cleaned or kept up well

I came initially on Sunday when office was closed. Surprised at easy online application and unit accessibility. Great Customer Support over the phone. Also next day, Office Manager, Cindy was very helpful and nice. Genius idea to have temporary locks on unit with a permanent lock inside. I like the dimensions of the unit; Nice and wide. Unit was clean. However, scattered litter on floor throughout building and elevator. If not for that I would have rated a ten (10).

When we moved into the storage it was clean and well managed, then CubeSmart took over and our fees went from $150 to $180 within a few months of CubeSmart taking over $30 dollars more and no upgrades, the storge facility quality went down; the rolling entry door never works and the exit rolling door remained opened at all times, people were living in the storage, there was trash everywhere and no one was hardly ever in the office for assistance.

The hours of operation was good timing. The storage was gated. Anytime I had questions no anger, no attitude. Reaching direct location by phone was a bit tough though.
