When we moved into the storage it was clean and well managed, then CubeSmart took over and our fees went from $150 to $180 within a few months of CubeSmart taking over $30 dollars more and no upgrades, the storge facility quality went down; the rolling entry door never works and the exit rolling door remained opened at all times, people were living in the storage, there was trash everywhere and no one was hardly ever in the office for assistance.

The hours of operation was good timing. The storage was gated. Anytime I had questions no anger, no attitude. Reaching direct location by phone was a bit tough though.

Did not feel safe in your building. Manager Jennifer was very rude . When I called several times. Was not helpful at all. Need to have stop type of security . While gate was open.

The attendant was dry, and didn't have any helpful information about your products,had us to go look at a wall for the sizes of the storages, no smile, really felt like we were bothering her

I could not get the new lock I purchased during the application process on my storage unit. When I let the attendant on duty know she made a trip to my unit and locked my unit with the same lock that I could not. For this I was grateful.

The service was great. However my storage smell WAS HORRIBLE.
