I have recently had issues with finding anyone in the office to speak with. Recently I left a phone message that was not returned. When I was able to find someone there I went in and resolved my issues but she seemed unconcerned that I had left a message that was not returned. I don't see how you are so highly rated with customer service that you claim you are
