Star is great- she goes above and beyond her management duties and takes care of her tenants

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this location. The cost is a bit pricey but the service and care by the team specifically a lady that works in the front most likely the manager who helped me immensely. I seemed to have lost my key and didnt think about the fact that I lost it until my moving day lol she reassured me and I immediately came and she cut the lock on there for me and I couldnt thank her more for that and it was right in time because my movers came right after. And i think the mover left random scraps in there but didnt text me until yesterday about it but surely enough my angel at the location already cleared it out and closed me out for the month she has made my life soooo much easier as my move was already stressful but she made sure the storage unit wasnt apart of the stress. When I get in a better financial situation I will bring her a gift for helping me even when I didnt deserve to be helped I thank her soooo much 💕

I fully support fair pricing adjustments, but a sixfold rate increase during my seven years as a customer felt disproportionate. It was especially concerning to see the identical unit advertised to new customers for roughly $400 less than my current rate.

Location is convenient. Seems competitively priced to similar storage unit facilities. Wide range of unit size options. I only wish the flat bed dollies were available when office is closed. Though, I do understand that some of them went missing when kept outside of rental office. Also, I wish the elevator closest to my unit was more reliable / functional. Star in the rental office is fantastic. Friendly and very easy to work with.

Went someone broke the lock off of my unit, Cubesmart put a new lock on it but did not tell me that it happened. When I went to the unit months later on a weekend I was not able to get in because the lock had been changed. I had to go back on a weekday and was told I had to sign a paper giving up all of my rights or Cubesmart would not remove the lock they put on. Luckily it appeared that nothing was stolen, but I should have been told at the time. It appears that there are a lot of break-ins of units at this location, but they are not reported either to the customer or to the police. The only reason I did not give a lower score is that the facility is in good physical shape.
