Star in the office did excellent work and customer service. She was highly responsive and took care of me. You are lucky to have someone like Star who is very well named except that she is a Super Star!!! : )

My storage unit got broken into. The cameras that are on site somehow did not capture whoever robbed everyone somehow the price went up after I got robbed, and the staff was less than helpful in trying to resolve the situation.
