I was supposed to receive a $20 credit for having my own lock and I could never get anybody to help me with this. I also ran into issues often at the facility because of the poor management. There was once a urine soaked mattress laid on my storage unit. There were never carts available. I could go on and on about how terrible in my experience was.

They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure dealing with star she is great. You should be happy to have a woman that good at your location.

My unit was robbed within the first week of renting. I was never notified and only found out when my son visited the unit almost two months later.No video or door code records were available anymore. I believe it was an inside job.
