The ladies who helped me from the first day to the last were some of the most polite and kind and helpful people I have ever worked with. I loved how they took the time when I came into the office to stop what they were doing and give me 100% of their attention. Many other places I solicit should take lessons on customer service from this team. If I need to store items in Dallas in the future, I know exactly where I will go...even if it is out of the way.
