Quality service and good price.

My storage unit got broken into. The cameras that are on site somehow did not capture whoever robbed everyone somehow the price went up after I got robbed, and the staff was less than helpful in trying to resolve the situation.

A homeless person was living next to my unit. Management was notified but did not care. I did not feel safe.

Still had to pay for a full month of insurance coverages when canceling my unit after 2 days past the bill.

The ladies who helped me from the first day to the last were some of the most polite and kind and helpful people I have ever worked with. I loved how they took the time when I came into the office to stop what they were doing and give me 100% of their attention. Many other places I solicit should take lessons on customer service from this team. If I need to store items in Dallas in the future, I know exactly where I will go...even if it is out of the way.
