Everything was good but prices just kept going up, I understand it goes up with everything around it and prices increase but my rate went up twice or three times in one year. When I first got the storage I was told that would be my rate then later found out I was misinformed. It is what it is and also understand now that storage units work that way but overall it was good, another issue is restrooms being locked up when workers leave. I would sometimes have to visit the unit after hours with my kids and when they needed to use the restroom I would have to leave because there as no where my kids could use the restroom at, it was a big inconvenience. The restrooms should be open to customers until closing hours for the customers not the employees. Also AC system would be either turned down or off after hours because everytime we visited after hours we would be sweating in there. My stuff was always how I left it never had issues with my belonging which is why I would recommend it but rates, restrooms and AC were an issue for me.

Gave me two units instead of one big unit. Charged me for two locks only received one. Eventually got the one big unit but no refund for the other lock.

Transferred from outside larger unit to a smaller indoor unit that I have already purchased lock for and requested a refund for 19.99 lock that was charged by default online for new unit. I was told i would recieve the money back but have not recieve it or my new number for entry for new unit.

I must say, I hate this stove places with a passion. I used it because it was an absolute must and for only five days (5 days). I did everything requires and as asked by management as to how they would known locker had been vacated. I was out of the place and still had over two weeks before my payment was due. Just like every storage facility bombarding with calm and emails two weeks before due date and I was already out, facility manager had been notified by phone as well and the anointing bull…. Just kept coming. Always trying to collect for service not rendered.

Too expensive. Costs went up every year. When we moved out, they front desk clerk was very unhelpful to our son who was doing the heavy lifting. She wouldn't give him the code to the gate, even when spoken to by us on the phone, instead she emailed the wrong code, and left hi stuck in the building. When my husband called her again, she finally gave us the correct code for the gate. Very unhelpful! Wasted everyones time.

Because I Was A Loyal Customer That Mis Wonda The Storage Store Manager Was Very Good To Me And My Family . I Encourage Her to Love Her Job Even The More Then Sshe Already Does My Presence Was Joyable And Her Along She Made Sure That I Didnt Miss My Due Dates For PaymentAnd So Much More , Her Heart Is Kind And Pure . Thank You Miss Wonda
