Great customer service, always ready to help

Service was good, the manager always responded and I like the climate control and no evidence of rodent issues. I just think the prices go up too much and you have to pay attention to the auto pays because sometimes they go up and you don’t notice until you see your bank statement. This is not Cubesmarts fault as you do send out warning. But sometimes those emails get missed and $60 jumps are significant.

My belongings were stolen from my storage unit number 44. I requested the security camera footage, but they told me they didn't have it.They stole more than 20,000 dollars worth of belongings from me.

The staff at CubeSmart were so helpful in my storage journey. I've been with the company for a couple of years and was needing to downsize. Wanda and her staff were very helpful in my move. I was able to secure a new unit, right down the hall, on the same floor as my old unit. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of Wanda and her staff.

Because of the location where I stored my items, I will not be recommending this storage company.My unit was broken into, and basically all my items were stolen with the exception of about six picture frames in an art easel.

Clean, well maintained property. Excellent management team particularly Wanda. Convenient. We will return.
