Very clean facility and convenient access

The entire facility was spotlessly clean and the manager and employees were all helpful and nice.

Great customer service, always ready to help

Service was good, the manager always responded and I like the climate control and no evidence of rodent issues. I just think the prices go up too much and you have to pay attention to the auto pays because sometimes they go up and you don’t notice until you see your bank statement. This is not Cubesmarts fault as you do send out warning. But sometimes those emails get missed and $60 jumps are significant.

Wanda was so helpful and very nice

My belongings were stolen from my storage unit number 44. I requested the security camera footage, but they told me they didn't have it.They stole more than 20,000 dollars worth of belongings from me.
