my unit was robbed, the insurance you sold me to cover losses was worthless and when i asked for 2 days grace when moved out you charged my card for a full month and enied me the extra 2 days i needed to clean out my locker. The people you have working at the actual locationwere all very nice to deal with,Thats the only good thing i can say about my experience.

Very convenient and super easy online process to help me shop for the right size storage, availability, and sign a contract. There was also staff in the building to help me setup and find my storage unit and help me break-in a lock that was accidently put in place in my unit.

Never gave me the refund I was told I was getting, poor communication - failure to reach out when requesting online, charged lock fee with no receiving of a lock, would never never ever rent here again.

Had to get the police involved I have a police report I paid for a unit and accidentally by mistake in a rush leaving from work at the moment of booking. I accidentally selected a wine unit so that being said I showed up at 6 AM we have to be at work at 8:30 once I realized I ordered the wrong unit and they open till 830. I had to wait there with all my things until the office opened in between the time of 6 o’clock and 830. I was harassed by a man named Chuck that the management claimed she has no knowledge of who that person is not even a description of them and when I say harassed, I mean harassed I just got out of a shelter domestic violence so I am protected under the Balance. It’s women’s act not only that they that refused to refund me my money for my initial reservation booking that was paid for 830 came around in the office open at that time, I attempted to transfer units to the desired one which is a 5 x 5 but then yet again I was met with The. I was disrespected by the gentleman in the office at that point I decided you know what I’d rather not give my money or pay to be in a unit or a establishment that would treat any customers individual or any person at that matter with that lack of morality. when I was all set and done, I ended up getting a call by what they said was a manager and he was caring yet again I was met with the utmost disrespect. I see employees get they are rude and disrespectful behavior, from. by the end of our conversation, she basically told me that I was out of luck. I wasn’t gonna get my money back and neither was I going to get another unit and I needed to remove my items from the premises within 30 minutes or they will be kept they will be keeping the items for themselves so I did call the police wanted to make a police report as to the gentleman harass me I want surveillance video of it, and yet the manager is still acclaimed that she had no knowledge of who individual I was talking about. I will be going forward with HR corporate as well as a platform available to me. I will be making a report with the bbb and as a police officer came. he was able to resolve it and at least get me a refund, but I highly doubt that she was going to initiate that if not, so then I will with you for the legal action as I do have plenty of resources available to me. y’all will be hearing from me and my representation.
