In my time there, my rent more than trippled from $70 to $218-ish. Also, the facility is 2 separate buildings and the big one where my unit was is a 4-story building. My unit was on 4th floor.Over the last 5 years, there was never more than 1 cart available. About a dozen times I had to drive away and come back another day hoping that a cart would be there. Last week, I was the ONLY CUSTOMER ON SITE and I walked through both buildings and not a single cart was available. I complained to the manager on duty several times over last several years. To no avail. Bottom line, no cart makes my 4th floor unit unusable.

The cost of having a storage unit at the Cedar Springs location doubled over the 10 years I had my unit. However, the biggest issue was with their autopay system the last several months. I’ve never been late on a payment, but starting in December the system started faulting my autopay saying the card did not process, with no notification or call to me other than an email days later, costing me several hundred dollars in late penalties. I would not recommend this location if you need a large storage space. They have become a money grab for those they think can afford to pay their absurd fees.

Besides the location of the unit (which I had to go down an elevator to move in/out) and the evaluator breaking during move in… I would highly recommend this place! I had my storage unit for multiple months, it was clean, secure, and the move out process was seamless.Shoutout Star for being the absolute best!!! She was so helpful and accommodating during my move-out. She was also extremely friendly and makes my day!

The business was clean and well lit. Communication was lacking and our unit was breached one time.

my unit was robbed, the insurance you sold me to cover losses was worthless and when i asked for 2 days grace when moved out you charged my card for a full month and enied me the extra 2 days i needed to clean out my locker. The people you have working at the actual locationwere all very nice to deal with,Thats the only good thing i can say about my experience.
