I enjoyed not having to go in to complete my rental for the storage. However, when I got there, there were no dollies, or carts.Significantly increased the amount of time so you need to load my storage. I definitely think there’s an opportunity here.

No consistent manager. Elevator only worked sometimes.

Staff is nice but the security cameras are malfunctioning and so is the elevator. I had to walk my belongings up four flights of stairs and it took at least ten trips.

Staff is generally rude. You say "#1" in customer satisfaction??? Where is this from or just made up? Units over priced.

First of all, I was very satisfied with customer service. I got all my questions answered. The lady was very nice and efficient. She even walked me to my storage to my unit. Everything was top notch
