From the minute that I went online and purchased a storage unit, it has been in trouble. And most cases when it starts out rough it ends rough. When I moved into the unit, there was no lock provided however I paid the $20 fee for a lock. I went to the home Home Depot down the street and purchased my unlock. I sent multiple emails to us management and was never contacted. I haven’t spoke to Customer service several times and they shared me that someone from a management or a regional stamp or will call me and they didn’t. Then exactly 30 days later at my unit was broken into. Although I didn’t see the evidence of how it was broken into I did see my items thrown all over my unit and quite a bit of things stolen. By this time, I felt unsafe, unprotected, and I was just another unit number with a monthly fee attached to it. Then shortly after the break-in, I can email Mail telling me that the 6 AM to 10 PM hours no longer existed and I can only access my unit during business hours. Well, the same business hours that the office kept was the same business hours I worked, so I went for quite a while without being able to have access to my items because of the access hours. Complained about it to customer service and all of a sudden I got a phone call from a new manager. Who told me that I have access hours from 6 AM to 10 PM just like it was original in my contract. My experience was absolutely horrible. Now I will not claim that all locations for this company I’ve had, but I will tell you that experience at the particular location in Dallas, Texas, off of coit road was Horrible. And then a price increase. A price increase that doesn’t suffice any type of maintenance. Or the such.

Your rental fee rose exponentially over 4 years and rodent control was non existent. After the fact, there were other facilities of the same size and air conditioned that were far less expensive.

I have been a multiple unit tenant for several years. Property has deteriorated markedly over last 2-3 years. Examples: overflowing dumpsters; poor property upkeep; high manager turnover; and two break-ins within the last six months (including sawed-off locks). Corporate pricing policy, at the same time, has been egregious. Examples: preferred to pay annually with a slight discount (program discontinued); monthly rates increased twice a year (now paying more than twice as much as 3-4 years ago). Punishing longer term customers with excessive adjustments has destroyed loyalty. pricing adjustments

They care, they communicate and they are consciences. I’m thankful for the GM there and the one that came to help when she had to be away. I will use them again if the need arrives. Shavonwas bery orofessional. Stavo was very nice tomnnicetoo
