The hallways have been locked and we were not told. We ended up having to pay movers and extra time for our uhaul since we could not unload until the next day.

Facility is kept moderately clean but clearly shows much wear & tear. Rate for first 6 mos was quite competitive while the most recent rate increase feels like a bait and switch. The rate appears to have little to do with costs but rather pricing seems to be based on switching cost pain
