My unit was broken into twice over a two week period. I received no communication from CubeSmart. I discovered the break-in when I showed up put something in my unit, and saw the lock hardware had been replaced with a new lock. Nobody was able to tell me when the break-in occurred or when they had even changed the hardware. I’ve called the customer complaint line and not gotten a return call. The man working the front desk was apathetic and entirely unhelpful through the whole process.

When my son left the lock on the door accidentally, the staff locked our unit and called me. Thank you! I only didn't give it a 10 because if you get in before 10 pm to grab something, and you leave after 10 pm you are locked in and have to call them to get out.

Friendly staff.

Great rates and the manager in property was very helpful.
