The cost of the unit increased almost double in the time we rented. Perhaps if it had stayed where we started we might still be your customer.

Brittany is rude and lazy!! One time the gate broke and the people on the outside had to lean on the horn after calling and knocking during business hours. She came out with and attitude and did the emergency thing to eventually let me out after about 44 mins of her trying. She’s always closing the store during business hours. She never answer the phone. And she is onsite so that’s just insane to me

The cost, space, and ease of renting was great for my short term rental, but I have one giant complaint: the weather stripping on the unit I rented was completely destroyed. All of my items were covered in dust, dirt, etc that was blown in from under the door.

My items were stored for 7 months and there clear evidence that they have a rodent problem there was droppings ALL over my things and boxes eaten through. They have no control over that I understand but when I mentioned it to the person on site I was constantly asked was I sure it was mice no apologies or anything and he didn’t even come to the unit to take a look and it was on everything. They need to treat the units asap
