My items were stored for 7 months and there clear evidence that they have a rodent problem there was droppings ALL over my things and boxes eaten through. They have no control over that I understand but when I mentioned it to the person on site I was constantly asked was I sure it was mice no apologies or anything and he didn’t even come to the unit to take a look and it was on everything. They need to treat the units asap

Will never conduct any business with this storage place ever again , never received any physical customer service at the 4097 Rosemeade location , spent so much money taking care of a service that was supposed to be handled by someone in office which they are never there . I just will never refer their services to anyone
