Clean area and friendly staff. Nick is a pretty cool guy.Parking could be better. The top lot was always tough to park at. The garbage dumpsters are stationed in two parking spots. If there were better parking spots at the top, it would be even better.

Renting was quick and easy. Storage unit was clean and had welcome bag waiting for us. They have carts at the door to use to bring in your items instead of having to carry boxes in yourself!

This location on Mill Plain Rd in Danbury is very clean and carts were always available. I always felt safe going into my unit at all times. From the first day that I moved into my unit the staff was very friendly and helpful. They keep location running very well and they work well together. I definitely recommend this location. I would like to thank the staff for providing a pleasant and positive experience.
