First the staff at the Danbury cube Smart were professional and knowledgeable. That being said, the design of this location was terrible. It was especially difficult to park and unload when the facility was busy. The parking area in the upper level is practically non existent. There is a fire safety issue when the only place you can park, temporarily, is in the fire lanes. The elevator doors close way too quickly. All in All it is poorly designed. In the future I will look for a storage facility that keeps in mind a customer’s comfort and ease of accessibility.

Clean area and friendly staff. Nick is a pretty cool guy.Parking could be better. The top lot was always tough to park at. The garbage dumpsters are stationed in two parking spots. If there were better parking spots at the top, it would be even better.

Renting was quick and easy. Storage unit was clean and had welcome bag waiting for us. They have carts at the door to use to bring in your items instead of having to carry boxes in yourself!
