Excellent customer service

Very clean and employers were very nice and responsive.

This location on Mill Plain Rd in Danbury is very clean and carts were always available. I always felt safe going into my unit at all times. From the first day that I moved into my unit the staff was very friendly and helpful. They keep location running very well and they work well together. I definitely recommend this location. I would like to thank the staff for providing a pleasant and positive experience.

Clean units, easy parking, simple in and out.

The manager at the facility was very courteous, conscientious and efficient. She showed me the unit, explained all the rules and I was able to complete that paperwork and store our boxes in a very short period of time.

Catherine was very helpful as I navigated the rental process and how the facility operated.
