Great communication.

Property is very unkempt. Parking lot is a disaster. Staff threatened to tow my truck while I took my motorcycle (stored at the facility) fire a ride during the day and returning during business hours

Great customer service! I saw that my unit was too small, i called customer service on a sunday and spoke to a live person and he changed by unit on the spot to a larger one with no issues. Super easy and great support!

Convenience and price

The manager Kia was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I've never rented a storage unit before, she explained everything and was quite knowledgeable and pleasant. The facility was clean and organized. She said sure all my concerns were addressed, and left me feeling very confident I had made the right decision to rent here. I would have given more for the staff and location only. However the grade is lower due to the significant increase in the monthly rent

The amount that I was paying per month and to see my vehicle when we picked it up is not acceptable. The windows were down and the bed of the truck was filled with junk as well as inside that we did not put there.

Fast and easy.

The price kept rising and that location got dirtier. I couldn't even get a cart when needed.
