The storage unit it self is great, but the the out side needs a face lift. The pot holes are so deep. Maybe a fresh paint job. I understand these things cost money but there ways to make a place look great with out spending a dim.

straight Up horrible my unit had a leak water all over my belongings and mold i reported to the desk the young man came over said oh wow i smell the mold he went to the older women with her scarf on head and she’s gonna find u a new unit to move into well they never came back i pulled up to the desk only to find both them walking to there cars they were going home leaving me in the unit waiting for them disgraceful i called to report th eye laughed said were all managers here i called corporate only to not here back from them as well great job !!!!

Extremely dirty, there was trash all over the floors, dead rats (nobody picked up), flies EVERYWHERE, à/c works in some parts but not everywhere. There was water leaking, so floor was wet, easy slip and fall. It looks like a scene from a horror movie. I did not feel safe, not even during the day when the sun is out. I ran out of there and canceled my membership.

I’ve been with CubeSmart for 6 years and my price of my unit went up several times without any added value. Only thing I appreciated was the attendant that cancelled my agreement was friendly and efficient. Nothing special about cubesmart and you all need to add a benefit for long term leasers.

I have been a customer at this facility (Dania, FL) since August 1996—nearly 30 years—dating back to when it was Federal Self Storage, then U-Store-It, and now CubeSmart. For most of that time, rent increases were gradual and reasonable, and I remained a loyal, satisfied customer.However, since CubeSmart took over—particularly from 2020 to 2026—the rate increases have become excessive and unsustainable. My monthly rent rose from approximately $242 in 2020 to nearly $600 in 2026 for the same unit. This represents a dramatic and disproportionate increase over a relatively short period of time, far exceeding what I experienced in the prior decades.As a retiree on a fixed income, this most recent increase made it impossible for me to continue. After nearly three decades as a reliable customer, I was effectively priced out.I want to emphasize that my decision to leave was not due to the facility itself or the service, but solely due to the magnitude and frequency of the rent increases. A more moderate and predictable pricing approach would likely have retained long-term customers like myself.

Great pricing

Everything was easy. The app makes it easy to enter and exit the facility. Even though my unit was on the third floor, I could drive to it and even drive into the building to be steps away from my unit. The price was very reasonable too.
