I notified the local office twice through calls before October 31st, that the storage unit would be empty by November 1st. Additionally, I had communication after November 1st, but before November 25th that the unit was vacated over the phone and through text. Yet, I was charged for rent for November and December and the company tried to charge me an additional rent for January 2026. I was out of the country until last Saturday so I was not able to address it. Although, to me, there is nothing to address since October 31st 2025.This is not the first time I had issues with the management office. The first 6 months was rats and roaches, in November 2024, I was told I was lying because I had not received communications and 2 ladies spent a lot of time telling me how it was not their responsibility. I received a call back from a "manager" who never returned my call. In January 2025 when I rented an additional unit I was charged for several locks which I never received. The storage unit was so scary to go to by myself I was followed numerous times and once I heard someone screaming help me from the other end.Also the unit next to mine was vacant and I opened the door because there was a bad smell coming from it and someone had taken a shit on the floor it took numerous days of me telling staff before they cleaned it up.
