Smart staff

I would not recommend CubeSmart I just moved out of my unit last Thursday and when I open it up it was full of rats feces and rat urine and they told me they do not cover that One of my 65-in TVs doesn't work anymore because of the urine and they won't cover it

It seems there is or are individuals living on the property. A bit nervous going in later in the day or early mornings. Unit across from mine flooded during rain and nervous it would invade my unit.

The monkeys

The Storage facility and staff have always been good to me but the increase in the monthly rent is absolutly insane and has broken my back. How can you possibly penalize customers that have been with you 15 + yrs, and have a perfect payment record, (up to the last 2 months after you broke me). I don't know how you sleep at night you have truly made my life harder and with everthing else thats currently going on in our country its all getting to be a lot to handle.Sleep Well

The women working in the office were very professional, very helpful and made me comfortable.

My unit got broken into and I believe it was an inside job. The assistance in the matter was appalling and I will never recommend or speak good of Cubesmart.

Because the storage unit building was constantly infested with rats, those pest tear, eat, pooped, nest etc in my personal stuff. I was made to constantly throw away my things because of this. The rental of my unit was super high so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a place to keep my stuff but then had to trash it because of the pest issues they have.
