Because the storage unit building was constantly infested with rats, those pest tear, eat, pooped, nest etc in my personal stuff. I was made to constantly throw away my things because of this. The rental of my unit was super high so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a place to keep my stuff but then had to trash it because of the pest issues they have.

You put me in a larger storage than you keep going up in the storage cost. JUST PUT ME in THE STORAGE I ASKED FOR. I was told they would close me out by customer service then I still got a bill.

Easy to use. And by the way, I didn’t leave, I just changed units
