you said that I had to buy a special lock for the unit. I asked if I could use one of my pad locks and you said no I had to buy one of yours. So I did at a cost of about 12 dollars. When I went to my unit I passed several units with basic pad locks. So when I checked out I asked if I could return my lock for a refund, they said NO. They told me an untruth in the beginning to get me to buy your lock. I was perfectly willing to use my pad lock. What now?

The lady at the front desk is very professional and very nice.

Unit was clean and free from bugs and rodents. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You guys are awesome!! Clean cubes, just the right size cubes and under figured the space I need but was able to get a Cube right beside the other one!! Even my movers appreciated the convenience of the 20 x 10 size cubes!! I love easy!

The lady running it was very rude. Threatening us. We had to walk down 2 flights of stairs because the elevator was out like always. They lady could care less that my husband is terminal ill and couldn't walk far. Shecould care less. I will tell everyone not to go there

None of the elevators work. And no one will answer the phone.

I have suggested you to family in the past, and they chose to use your services. Since then I feel guilty as we are all disappointed with this facility. The cost of the unit kept going up despite the facility's functionality consistently worsening. We had considered moving to a different storage facility, and the final nail in the coffin that made us leave wasthe elevator nearest our storage unit was out of service for at least 6 weeks. I'm not sure when it first went out, but, from our experience, it has been since before Easter. I was very excited to use your facility to store our belongings, but left with a sour taste in my mouth. I will not recommend you to friends and family, as a matter of fact, I will encourage them not to use you.

Keep smart is the easiest Self Storage I have ever used. It's clean and it's so easy to book online. Even I could do it with no issues lol. And I appreciate the office staff. The girl that I talked to over the weekend was so sweet and helpful. Sorry I can't remember names too well. But I am so blessed to have picked out CubeSmart as my storage option.
