I have suggested you to family in the past, and they chose to use your services. Since then I feel guilty as we are all disappointed with this facility. The cost of the unit kept going up despite the facility's functionality consistently worsening. We had considered moving to a different storage facility, and the final nail in the coffin that made us leave wasthe elevator nearest our storage unit was out of service for at least 6 weeks. I'm not sure when it first went out, but, from our experience, it has been since before Easter. I was very excited to use your facility to store our belongings, but left with a sour taste in my mouth. I will not recommend you to friends and family, as a matter of fact, I will encourage them not to use you.

Keep smart is the easiest Self Storage I have ever used. It's clean and it's so easy to book online. Even I could do it with no issues lol. And I appreciate the office staff. The girl that I talked to over the weekend was so sweet and helpful. Sorry I can't remember names too well. But I am so blessed to have picked out CubeSmart as my storage option.

Everything was perfect the unit was clean and the move in and out was easy. Even booking the unit went smooth

It would’ve been nice to be able to choose the unit I wanted from those that were available. It would’ve been helpful to be emailed a map so that I didn’t have to wander around and try to find the unit. The office only has one person working so when they are cleaning units The office is closed.

The preson went extra miles to make me welcomed.

I had one of the smallest units available and the cost went up every year. I have two large units with another company and the cubes mart bill was over half of what I pay for the two large ones together.
