At first, I had great experiences at this location. However, last year I booked a larger unit because the rates for my smaller units went up by $20 or more, and the larger unit was actually cheaper than the total for both smaller ones. But when I called, I was told I should have contacted them before making that decision because the rate I was offered was meant for new renters only. This made me feel disrespected, as the representative criticized me for not following their process.I decided to cancel the reservation, ask for a refund, and move out of the two smaller units as well. After the representative spoke with her District Manager, she told me that the manager said to honor the online price. I appreciated the resolution, but I was disappointed that I had to deal with such a negative interaction first.About four months later, I got a notice about another rent increase of nearly a third of the current rate. Given my past experiences with the office, I was nervous about further communication, especially after feeling disrespected. When my family was getting ready to move out, my husband made sure our unit was clean and in great shape for the next renter. He cleaned thoroughly and took videos and photos to show how clean it was. After he finished, he waited in his car for my approval before heading out.Later, I got a call from the office saying the unit was found empty. I explained that we purposely didn’t contact them to close our account until we were sure the unit was clean. The representative then said the unit wasn’t as clean as expected and that there was water on the floor. I mentioned that I had video proof showing there was no debris or water after my husband finished cleaning, and that any water likely came from a leak in the building, not from us.The representative apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed to close out our account. While I appreciate her help in resolving the issue, I think this situation highlights the need for better communication and professionalism in the office. A more respectful approach, less drastic, and more in line with yearly increases that match other local storage would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

well, we went to move out last weekend. There was dog excrement in front of our unit. When we told the representative, she blamed us for having a dog which we don’t have. I also went to exit the premises in a 20 foot truck and there was a car parked in front of the exit. My wife asked. Person at the counter to have it moved and she said plenty of people get out with bigger trucks. There was plenty of room. There was not plenty of room because of the way your exit is constructed. Overall, very poor service and attitude from the rep that was at the counter.

Have been at this location for a couple of years now. No issues with the facility or staff as seems to be well managed and clean. Only downside has been multiple rent increase requests over a very short period of time.

The storage unit is nice but the price continued to increase so I found a comparable storage in the next town.
