I have rented a cubesmart unit 3 times in the past 3 years. Everytime, your company decides to raise my costs within the 1st year. Until you actually decide to enable cost effective storage for your customers, I hope you continue to lose customers. Will never recommend CubeSmart in the future.

Carts are too small and hard to maneuver to be useful for larger items. Elevator door starts closing after less than 2 seconds, making it hard to get off the elevator with difficult loads. Cylinder locks are annoying because they are expensive, but not useful outside of the facility. Rates consistently increased with no added benefits. Overall it did what it was supposed to do, but I would look at other options, if I had needs in the future to at least compare options. It’l was fine but not great.

Too many price increases.

In 3 years could never get billing right. Increase pricing. $40 more for same space, same size next to each other. Horrible business model. For a few months there was a very friendly lady at front desk that resolved the problems. When she was no longer there the same problems returned.
