I had no real issues with CubeSmart, other than the price just kept going up and up. It was a little hard to swallow when the online price was way lower for new customers.

I had a disappointing experience with CubeSmart Self Storage. During my rental period, you raised my rent $70 per month while real estate, land, and property values are actually declining in Davenport. There is no reasonable justification for that large of an increase.Rate hikes like this feel excessive and out of touch with the current market. Customers expect some level of fairness and consistency, especially for long-term rentals, but this felt like the opposite.I would recommend others carefully review their pricing policies before committing.
