Great location and the managers are very helpful. beautiful building!Only two things knock the score down- Only one bathroom and it was shut for MONTHS! I understand it was vandalism but put a priority on fixing it!Other thing is the lack of sealant on the concrete floors that are done poorly and are constantly dusting, getting fine dust on everything. Please spend the money to seal these floors. As an example, you should walk into a U-Haul storage facility that is climate controlled. They mop the beautiful floors and clean the bathrooms multiple times per day and there are two restrooms on every floor.In the storage wars that are coming, you need to step up your game on these two concerns. I had a cube and received a notice of a 37% rate increase. The current advertised price on my current cube is $25 less than the price I was quoted. I was told I could not get the lower price and would need to change to a different sized cube to get the market price. In the past at another Cubesmart location the manager simply adjusted my price. I was told they are no longer allowed to do that. There are 2 multistory starage facilities being built closer to me. This practice is no way to install any customer loyalty and make me not looking at these facilities in the future.
