The staff bends over backwards to save you money and meet my storage needs.keep paying and giving them raises in order to keep Cindy and Carter working at cubesmsrt .

I had a cube and received a notice of a 37% rate increase. The current advertised price on my current cube is $25 less than the price I was quoted. I was told I could not get the lower price and would need to change to a different sized cube to get the market price. In the past at another Cubesmart location the manager simply adjusted my price. I was told they are no longer allowed to do that. There are 2 multistory starage facilities being built closer to me. This practice is no way to install any customer loyalty and make me not looking at these facilities in the future.

After renting the cube for 5 months, I was sent a rate increase of 37%, which was $25 more than what the current size was renting for. I was not permitted to rent the same size at that price. I had to change cubes to a different size to get current price. There are 2 multistory storage centers being built closer to me. This type of game playing is no way to keep me in the future.in the past the mgr at another Cubesmart was able to adjust the price of my current cube. I understand that is not permitted any more.

Even though it offers a good service and convenience, the rent increases makes it a little difficult to stay long term.
