I rented this unit for several years, and on various occasions—for different reasons—I fell behind on payments; the only alternatives offered involved charging me more and adding extra fees, alongside applying pressure—which is certainly not a subtle way to handle the situation. I understand that at your other locations, the treatment is different and policies are more flexible; however, at this specific location—where I spent the most time—the treatment was consistently and aggressively abusive.

You continue to raise your storage rental fee almost monthly and times are extremely hard for most people. I moved to another unit for one month to get a better rental price and the next month you raise the rent again back to the original price. This is unacceptable. Therefore, I have been a Cube Smart customer for over Ten years. This is not how you treat good and faithful customers. Your probably going to lose hundreds to thousands of customers due to your greed and disconcern for people during these hard economic times.
