Never had any problems, RV was in excellent condition and was able to contact them when needed to.

The way the account is handled when there are arrears is based on penalizing the tenant without offering payment plans or other flexible options. I rented this unit for several years, and on various occasions—for different reasons—I fell behind on payments; the only alternatives offered involved charging me more and adding extra fees, alongside applying pressure—which is certainly not a subtle way to handle the situation. I understand that at your other locations, the treatment is different and policies are more flexible; however, at this specific location—where I spent the most time—the treatment was consistently and aggressively abusive.

Its too expensive, compared to 2 miles storage. I just move to the oder one
