Having a great location, and climate controlled unit was key. Prices were very reasonable too, and I didn't have any price increases that were out of control.

You continue to raise your storage rental fee almost monthly and times are extremely hard for most people. I moved to another unit for one month to get a better rental price and the next month you raise the rent again back to the original price. This is unacceptable. Therefore, I have been a Cube Smart customer for over Ten years. This is not how you treat good and faithful customers. Your probably going to lose hundreds to thousands of customers due to your greed and disconcern for people during these hard economic times.

It was smooth experience. The staff whenever I had to deal with them were friendly at my Cube Smart office! and the storage complex was always clean with easy access!

Service very good but I don’t like the sneaky price changes and the small notice in mail - price raises are just crazy.
