It is not just you, but I would never recommend anybody get a storage unit. I got stuck with mine for nearly 3 years, and the price kept going up. It was a nithgtmware

It’s a beautiful storage place but the price for it is way too high and kept going higher and higher. 10x5 space for almost $300 a month not good when there are so many other options in my area

Overall customer service was good- the price of the unit was the problem. It went from $70 to $202 in 2.5 years.
