The site was fairly well maintained, I had little or no personal interaction with the staff in the time I had a storage unit there. The cost was a bit high, but the site secure. I had no negative incidents.

Poor customer service and old facilities. This was the worst storage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be sending a complaint to the better business bureau.

Though I like the facility and the a/c it smells in this building. I like building A and B but C not so much. Also on the floor I'm on it looks like someone is living in one.

I didn’t have any problems while using that size storage unit since 2004. Very happy, just moved to a larger unit.
