While the staff was pleasant, the prices for our unit rose every year, now exceeding $300 a month for a small outside unit. The door to our unit was not maintained, the felt around the door came loose and fell away and the metal rails were torn away. Not sure what kind of pest, other than roaches, were present in the unit but many of the boxes, bags with holes and some items literally eaten away. There were also a lot of droppings in the unit from either roaches or mice. I had to clean my items and car each time I transported items from the unit. Will not recommmend.
