Could not reach office at many different hours of the day, was lied too about payments, main corporate number was hard to reach and no solutions were offered instead i was told i was in the wrong, was locked out of my unit multiple times due to no payment, but could not make payment in app, or over the phone, the. would come inside to pay but no one would be in office during office hours, then would be charged a late payment and they refused to take it off multiple different times, terrible service, mice in units running around all over and light wasn’t working in unit then my unit was dirty when i moved my stuff in.

I don't have a whole lot of friends in dayton.I got cubesmart self storage for very specific reasons and proximity to a lake for boat storage.The price in my opinion is a little high.But the people that helped me out were nice and very helpful.

Toss between communication of the office and headquarters do not know what eachother is doing. Safety of gate not working is concerning. I would say last resort to rent from this company.

I applied by phone. The customer service rep told me I would get money back if I turned in the lock unopened. I went to turn it in 2 days later. The lady at the facility stated it was false. We have to keep lock.to me I feel I was lied to to get me to rent. I have my own lock. I shouldn't be forced to pay for a lock.
