Moving is no fun experience. Yet the best part of this move was the staff at Cube Smart! They are excellent! Well Done!!!!

I don't have a whole lot of friends in dayton.I got cubesmart self storage for very specific reasons and proximity to a lake for boat storage.The price in my opinion is a little high.But the people that helped me out were nice and very helpful.

Toss between communication of the office and headquarters do not know what eachother is doing. Safety of gate not working is concerning. I would say last resort to rent from this company.

I applied by phone. The customer service rep told me I would get money back if I turned in the lock unopened. I went to turn it in 2 days later. The lady at the facility stated it was false. We have to keep lock.to me I feel I was lied to to get me to rent. I have my own lock. I shouldn't be forced to pay for a lock.

I like the service and the respect that the service desk showed me. Her cares and concerns made a difficult time in my life easier.
