The unit was very clean as was the storage facility and the staff was very friendly.

The space was absolutely the perfect size super clean and most importantly i was welcomed with a welcome bag which included the storage lock definitely a different approach than other storage units i used.. Wish i knew about them before they’re super reasonable and the staff is friendly and follow up promptly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer who was really perky and friendly over the phone she reached out to ensure I was settled in and if i had any concerns or issues. That extra step she took really put the icing on the cake, typically you sign the contract and that’s it lol but Cubesmart definitely set a different expectation and will definitely utilize them again.

It's a very clean environment. It is climate controlled. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One wish is that there would be better permanent lighting. Overall definitely recommend. Also half the price, of some other places I looked.
