Busted ass doors anyone can get inside they automatic doors didn’t work for months, couldn’t even get into the fucking units because yu couldn’t open the doors. now they had them on “emergency” mode for a lack of a better term just swinging on hinges. no password required to enter just swing open the door. also raising fucking rates as soon as you guys took over and then again for no reason so suck my ass you suck i’ll never rent shit from you again or recommend anyone to rent shit from you broke ass retard bitches.

To check in and check out process was very convenient and had accessibility to the CubeSmart staff to make it go smoothStaff accommodated me by having a locker closest to the entrance and exit easy to follow instructions online and in person

I gave a score of 10 because the store manager and the employees are very helpful. The customer service representative is very helpful as well. It was easy to register online and moving items to the unit was a smooth transition from the dorm room. I look forward to utilizing this service the next summer break.
