Everyone in the office is very nice, the way they accommodated me upon my move in.

My Unit was Robbed a YEAR before i found out anything about it. They failed to let me know about this incident and now that i know about it they are refusing to give me my money back that they were still billing me for for a year after my unit was destroyed and robbed. Kept raising the price without any type of notice or anything. Communication sucks, and the people that work at the Decatur GA location are very unprofessional.

Cubesmart took care of my rent increase when my storage unit was burglarized. I HAVE 7 UNITS.I have rented another unit 1007 at Redwing Circle, Decatur and me FIRMLY AND POLITELY REQUEST CUBESMART THAT THEY SHOULD NOT INCREASE RENT FOR 1007 FOR 1 YEAR.Please appreciate my confidence in Cubesmart.
