Cubesmart took care of my rent increase when my storage unit was burglarized. I HAVE 7 UNITS.I have rented another unit 1007 at Redwing Circle, Decatur and me FIRMLY AND POLITELY REQUEST CUBESMART THAT THEY SHOULD NOT INCREASE RENT FOR 1007 FOR 1 YEAR.Please appreciate my confidence in Cubesmart.

The uniqueness of the unit not only provided storage space on the ground floor but also provided an upstairs loft for additional storage space. In addition, the staff treated me with respect and was always professional, as well as polite.

The staff is very helpful and very thoughtful of issues are going through.

I been here for 16 years and Im happy with my decision to get a storage at this location
