Based on the customer service, I received was very professional and willing to work with me. My storage area has been broken into and the representative there she was so dedicated to satisfying. I received an a different storage area, and I greatly appreciate it.

Your staff was rude after my storage had mice and I inform them of a huge whole in the wall.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. As a business owner, I believe it’s crucial to acknowledge and highlight exceptional service when we experience it. The lady who assisted me truly went above and beyond—her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. She would be an asset as a manager or could even pursue a career focused on training employees on the importance of customer service and its direct impact on business success.

I gave you all a ten because of the current staff that’s in place now. They are extremely professional, very transparent parent and honest. The last staff that’s was in place allowed my unit to be broke into, placed another lock on my unit without my knowledge, never contacted me that my unit was broke into and was never in the office for assistance.

The staff was always accommodating and very helpful.
