I had this storage locker for 17 years and was always happy with the level of service from the staff and with the upkeep of the premises.

I went to another storage because this was too expensive after 3 years.Your rates are way above area

So far the service has been great. My family is moving our daughter to college in the fall and it’s a very overwhelming process, but having a place to shop some of her things in advance is is a relief.

Problems with management, they went against their rules of protection of my property, attacking me with racist slurs and disrespecting me. Never had a problem till these 2 Managers were hired. I moved out on june 11, 2026 and yet I still had problems with the managers on closing my account. I would never recommend this storage facility. Your facility is Rat infested.

The rate keeps going up every year. It was too expensive.

This storage facility is truly wonderful. We rented a unit here and only have positive things to say. The unit was clean and spacious . The facility is kept impeccable and was recently repaved and the doors were recently painted. A+
